The course is based on a recording of one of the presentations of the Acupuncture and Herbal Medicine EHR and Tech Expo which took place May 21-22, 2022. Those who signed up for the live expo are eligible for additional PDA if they did not attend during the live expo. The NCCAOM Certificates for the live expo were sent to attendees of the original expo by email if they were present at the expo. Those who then watched recordings of the presentations between May 22-Jun 22, 2022 are enrolled, but will need to have been verified that they did watch the recorded content, fill out the NCCAOM worksheet and take the final quiz to get a certificate.

Description:
This one-hour course will cover things new employers need to know before hiring staff, how to find good staff, how to train staff, and other resources to help new employers become better managers.

Speaker Bio
Jenn Collins, CEO, and creator of Acuhub has been practicing acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine since 1999. She runs 2 clinics in Southern Oregon and manages 2 employees at her clinics. She has hired over 30 receptionists in her years as a clinic owner. Acuhub offers virtual reception to over 40 acupuncture clinics in the US and Canada. Jenn loves helping other acupuncturists manage thriving clinics and wellness centers. She is available for coaching and support to most anything related to the business side of running a clinic.
